A CMS for editorial teams that find existing tools too engineer-shaped. Vellum opens to a draft, not a dashboard, and treats commenting and revision as first-class citizens.

We designed and built the entire writer-facing surface — editor, sidebar, history view, AI suggestions — on top of a tRPC + Postgres backend. Real-time collaboration powered by a small CRDT layer.
