OVERVIEW
Slow commerce, online.
A headless storefront for a Parisian leather goods atelier — a small studio producing fewer than 200 pieces a year. The brand wanted an online experience that matched the hush of the physical shop: slow, quiet, considered.
We built a custom checkout that supports multi-currency and made-to-order timelines, plus editorial product pages that lean on long-form text and patient photography rather than aggressive merchandising. Performance was a non-negotiable — the site ships ~38KB of JavaScript on the home page and serves Core Web Vitals above the 95th percentile on real devices.
